Camp Lejeune, NC – 8 MGD Reverse Osmosis Facility

Titus Engineering was awarded the contract to provide instrumentation and control system integration for a new 8-million-gallon-per-day reverse osmosis water treatment plant at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Scope of services included:

• Revising specifications and system design to comply with updated site cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST SP 800-82 (Guide to ICS Security)

• Rebuilding the Nutanix OT environment and implementing STIG requirements

• Specifying more than 400 control devices, including instrumentation

• Designing, fabricating, and delivering six analyzer panels

• Designing and fabricating four PLC control panels

• Coordinating plant-wide control integration with three OEM PLC-controlled skid units

• Integrating control systems for 42 wells, elevated tanks, and booster stations

• Specifying and providing network infrastructure and control room equipment for total plant operation

This comprehensive integration ensured secure, reliable, and fully coordinated plant performance across all operational assets.
